Rv Power Awning Does Not Roll Up Straight

Roll the awning back up to confirm that it rolls up straight and the arms line up properly. Atsource on 05 21 10 09 53pm i have a dometic power awning on my new tt which doesn t seem to be rolling up evenly. My power awning would not retract flush to the motor home. Does it struggle to roll up tightly or straight.
